This part of the site is dedicated to what I'm calling "Middle Eastern Coffee" -- Turkish coffee, Greek coffee, and all the other variants I can find.

When I first started making this type of coffee for myself, I looked all over for some decent Web resources to help me explore the different ways to make it. I came up pretty dry -- there's some info out there, but it's very scattered and it's hard to tell what's authentic -- what's based on actual experience vs. reading the directions on the back of a coffee can.

These pages are an attempt to pull together all the worthwhile information I've found on the web and through trial and error in my kitchen.
